Campaign Inbox is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our fast-growing team.

We have a track record of success working with industry-leading brands, non-profits, issue advocacy groups, and political campaigns. Our team is made up of industry-leading digital marketers, email tacticians, engineers, and product specialists with decades of experience encouraging and pushing innovation across the marketing industry. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to manage high-profile client accounts and ensure we are executing top-quality work products for our clients. They will represent Campaign Inbox as the digital marketing expert for our clients and serve as the point of contact for multiple clients. The Client Success Manager will work closely with Campaign Inbox management as well as mid- and entry-employees. You will enjoy working with some of the brightest minds in our industry, cutting edge technology, and the ability to see your insights turned into real products on a regular basis.

What you will do:

  • Communicate by being the face of Campaign Inbox to the clients
  • Provide clarity by analyzing digital marketing reports 
  • Resolve complex issues by leveraging the whole team at Campaign Inbox
  • Focus on the present to deliver the mission of the clients
  • Be accountable for client budgets and objectives
  • Keep the team unified around both Campaign Inbox’s vision as well as the client’s vision
  • Manage projects for 8-10 clients
  • Follow-through on all deliverables

We’re looking for a VP of Operations to harmoniously integrate the major functions of our business, run the internal organization, and manage all day-to-day issues. The VP of Operations will take the vision of Campaign Inbox’s founders and make that vision a reality. They will be the steady force, obsessed with organizational clarity, who ensures everyone is communicating within Campaign Inbox. The primary job of the VP of Operations is focusing on reaching our goals, delivering our clients mission, keeping clients happy, and growing our team’s knowledge base.  

What you will do:

  • Communicate with the Campaign Inbox team to run the business smoothly
  • Provide clarity of Campaign Inbox’s vision to the internal team
  • Resolve complex issues by eliminating hurdles, stumbling blocks, and barriers for the leadership team
  • Focus on the present to deliver our mission and values
  • Be accountable for running the day-to-day aspects of the business
  • Be the glue that holds the people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategy of Campaign Inbox together
  • Ensure P&L results are achieved
